We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our Board and guide us towards achieving our ambitious goals as we embark on exciting new growth initiatives.

Healthy Mothers Healthy Families, developed by Prof Bourke-Taylor is the longest-running, most effective program for mothers of children with disabilities in the world. Over the past four years, Kindred has had the privilege of delivering the program across 34 online workshops to over 450 mothers. 

The Child and Family Supports Alliance (CaFSA) has been established to advocate for, design, and implement tailored foundational support systems for children with developmental differences and their families. 

We are hosting an online group discussion in partnership with the Social Deck, with families of young Autistic children with higher support needs in NSW, about the National Autism Strategy.

We are seeking applications from professionals with the following skills and experience: Government Relations, Impact Measurement, Community Development/Service Excellence, Legal expertise, Understanding of the not-for-profit and/or community services sector, Lived experience of disability or raising a child with disability

Kindred, in partnership with ACD VIC and Kiind WA, submitted a joint response to the NDIS review, which was informed by the voices of 278 families of children with disability.

We are seeking parents and carers whose children have taken part in recreational activities, clubs, teams and interest groups to assist with the co-design of ‘Include Me’.

We’re excited to announce that Kindred has been contracted by Australian Catholic University as the NSW co-delivery partner for the ENVISAGE Families Program.
