The Good Life: Bridget

“I am an artist” – Bridget Kelly

It was a big day when I first said this, and I started to understand what that meant for me.

When I was small, I liked colouring. I had colouring books, then colour by number books. After school, I wanted to do more art. My parents could see this, so they helped me to get an Art Tutor.

Today, I go to art classes. I sell my art on social media. And I’ve had a solo exhibition. I am happiest when people love my art and when I’m listening to music.

For me, a good life is doing things I enjoy and having family and friends who understand me. My sisters are the most influential people in my life. I love them so much. My family and my art are what get me through challenging times.

Being listened to, supported, and understood is most important to me. And having the right people around me to help me live a great life.

I hope my future is filled with my friends, going out with them and having fun. Doing more art and different types of art, and one day being a famous artist.
